The Eugene Baker-Joy Vann Memorial Scholarship Foundation (EBJV Foundation) is a 501©(3) founded by Victoria Marie Vann & Justin Paul Vann-Robinson. As the granddaughter of Eugene Baker and the daughter of Joy Vann, Victoria started the
EBJV Foundation to honor and preserve her family’s legacy of community focused advocacy, equality for all and integrity based actions.
The foundation focuses on providing scholarships to accredited universities and colleges as well as academically inclined programming for traditional & non-traditional elementary and high school learners to help them
academically and socially succeed in preparation for their transition to higher education. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of diverse learners and under-served communities, the EBJV Foundation seeks to provide services addressing the whole-person needs of these deserving, but often forgotten students.
